I'm just curious about everyone's teeth cleaning habits compared to mine. I brush twice a day, morning and before bed, and floss every night. A friend of mine never flosses and rarely brush his teeth, yet apparently he still hasn't had a single cavity since 5th grade, according to him.

My teeth r still sparkly clean...but i do use mouthwash so yeah...

Went to dentist a week ago and told me if I didn't floss everyday I would fill in cavities next time, I didn't always have such good brushing habits, I DO NOW!!!
Reply:I try to brush my teeth twice a day. Sometimes I only brush once a day if I am lazy but I try to do twice. I brush when I wake up in the morning but always brush right before bed. I usually floss every time I brush because I have tight teeth and food gets stuck easily. I floss and then brush. As for your friend, some people are genetically prone to not get cavities.

Reply:I'm like u - twice a day, morning and before bed but I also know quite a few people who only brush occasionally or once a day and don't have dental problems - must be the type of food they eat or they may drink plenty of water to wash away food particles and acid

I Floss Like everytime i have nothing good to do ( I floss when im playing the computer watching t.v ,Brushing my teeth and i don't know if it's normal but i can't stop the habit I probably floss Like 10 times a day)
