Cleaning of teeth?

I have packed up smoking for almost a month now but I cant, unless i pay a fortune at the dentist get my teeth whiter. I have tried may brands on the market but to no avail, any suggestions out there please.

If your teeth are discoloured from smoking it is likely that the stain is superficial rather than penetrating into the structure of the teeth. If this is the case you will find a professional clean from a dentist or dental hygienist will be the only effective way of removing the stain - tobacco stains are really tenacious and are not readily shifted by iver the counter products.





I%26#039;d think twice about tooth whitening procedures - not only does a super white dentition look unnatural, the effects are not permanent so you are into revisiting the procedure at considerable cost in the future.

Honestly, I can%26#039;t believe people are still touting baking soda. The main ingredient in Crest Whitestrips AND in what they use to professionally bleach your teeth at the dentists office is: Hydrogen Peroxide.





You can buy plain old generic Hydrogen Peroxide over the counter for super cheap. Just swish it around in your mouth for at least a minute twice a day and spit it out. :D





It may take awhile to see results but it%26#039;s a cheaper version of Crest Whitening Rinse which is essentially mint-flavored Hydrogen Peroxide.

Reply:Try Beverley Hills Whitening tooth paste. It cost about £3 a tube but it does make a difference after a few weeks. If you%26#039;ve tried this one,use good old bicarbonate of soda.
Reply:bicarb of soda. But only use it once a week or so, or you%26#039;ll have no enamel left! (It does work!)
Reply:I got my teeth zoom whitened and I paid $595 for that they I got the at home treys with he touch up kit and that was $395.


I got it done in the office and it did look whiter in the office but once I got home I coulden%26#039;t tell a difference. I was very disappointed. So I called them and told them 2 days later that I was not satified with my results, so I had to go back and they told me to use my entire touch up kit. and I did and stillcould not see a difference, and that had already wanted me to come back again, and he gave me another touch up kit to use. But this time I didn%26#039;t use it, and I went back again and do you know what they told me??? Oh my gosh that are so white, this last treatment really did good. and they just kept on and n how how much whiter they looked. I said well its a funnt thing how they got so white and they looked at me and said what do you mean. And I said I%26#039;m just trying to figure out how they look so much whiter when I didn%26#039;t even use the kit this kit. I was so mad when i left Which I have white teeth, but I wanted like Anna Nicole movie star white. Needless to say your best option is vaneers that what I%26#039;ll get in about 20 of so years j/k hahaha. But don%26#039;t leta a dentist talk you into zoom whiting cause it diden%26#039;t work for me.
