Whats the best toothpaste to clean and whiten naturally quite yellow teeth?

Please can someone tell me what the best teeth cleaning paste or wash is, or if they have any tips (apart from brush thurally at least twice a day lol)

Actually there is a great whitening gel. It is at Wal-Mart for aroung $5 and it works really well. No need for a fancy kit. One thing I learned when I used the whitening gel is if you take some plastic wrap and make it into a kind of mouth guard it works way better and leave it on for 15 minutes instead of 10, there are no side effects and you%26#039;ll see a difference sooner.

Reply:I saw a segment, I think on Good Morning America, that tested whitening toothpastes. Surprisingly, Ultrabright was one of the best and one of the cheapest. You could try a whitening product for faster results.
Reply:I have found that rinsing with Hydrogen Peroxide before brushing twice a day does a very good job of whitening teeth and keeping bad bacteria out of your mouth so it also helps in keeping you healthy.





Any Colgate toothpaste is good.

Reply:I found colgate total whitening has already helped me after only using it for a couple of days.., I rencently had my brace took off.. unfortunatly 2 weeks before I had neglected my teeth when I wouldnt use my other tooth brush after leaving a new one at my grans house pathetic really, always keep several brushes *sniff* anyway I got several new brushes and have switched tooth paste from the oxyden coldate to total , now I%26#039;m wearing a plastic gum sheild like retainer all day everyday *sniff* and for 3 months thats if im lucky fingers crossed I can barely speak and my jaw feels clenched I hope it will subside.
