Regular Teeth clean Vs deep clean?

Teeth cleaning by a hygienist. how often do you get get teeth cleaned at a dentist office per year

Regular Teeth clean Vs deep clean?
Every six months is the rule of thumb, for healthy teeth. A deep clean, like you were asking about in your other question, is for someone who has severe calculus deep under the gumline.
Reply:get your teeth cleaned every 6 months.. if its been awhile since your last cleaning you might need deep cleanings.. it takes a few visits, but you get numb so the hygienist can clean deep down under the gum so that you have a smooth root surface which hopefully will cause the gums to tighten around the root and eliminate the gum pockets that can trap food and plaque.
