What is your routine when cleaning your teeth?

I brush my teeth using a whitening tooth paste.


I brush the sides 32 times (each), then the front 32 times, then the insides of my teeth 32 times. So i pretty much brush each tooth 32 times. weird i know.


then i rinse with listerine, and floss.


then im done.

What is your routine when cleaning your teeth?
Brush, brush, brush, slurp, gargle, gargle, sploosh.

Gargle with listerine, spit.

5) Rinse w. mouth wash again and voila!
Reply:white rinse 1 minute. brush 2 minutes, act restoring mouthwash(best mouthwash ever) 1 minute. Than kiss my girlfriend.

Reply:in the morning i brush my teeth with baking soda, it really makes your teeth whiter, then i brush again with regular toothpaste for the regular cleansing, last of course i use mouthwash





at night first i floss to get the in between ick out then i brush for the cleansing and to get the in between that was stuff off the front of my teeth, last use mouth wash. baking soda is too abrasive to use more than once a day

Reply:Brush twice a day; floss twice a week; mouthwash after brushing; dental sticks occasionally (my teeth are very close together) and superclean once a week. Dental checkups twice a year with a clean if necessary.
